If the item was purchased in a standalone store it can be exchanged in a standalone store in line with our policy, providing the customer has proof of purchase and it's within 30 days, in the country the original purchase was made.
To exchange an online order in-store the order will need to be refunded and then repurchased. If the item was purchased in a concession store it must be exchanged in the same chain of concession store in line with their policy. Online orders are not able to be returned to the warehouse for an exchange. Online orders can be exchanged in a standalone store if relevant paperwork is present, in line with our policy.
