What if I’m not in when you deliver?

If you're not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the courier directly to provide further details, referencing your tracking number.

If the courier attempts delivery and you're not available, they'll leave a calling card with information on re-arranging your delivery.

After 3 failed delivery attempts, the courier will automatically arrange for your order to be returned back to us and a refund will be processed.
