You have 30 days to notify us that you’d like to make a return once you’ve received your order.
Unfortunately, we can’t currently exchange an item bought online for an alternative size or item. If you need another size, we’ll process a full refund so you can place a new order. We only offer exchanges for items bought in our standalone and outlet stores, within 30 days with proof of purchase. All returns will be inspected. Anything that’s damaged, stained or worn might be sent back to you.
Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with labels still attached. We can’t accept any swimwear if the hygiene wrapper has been removed, or any earrings (for hygiene reasons).
This policy applies for full-price and sale item(s).
It can take up to 10 working days for your order to be refunded and a further 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Please allow an additional 3-5 working days to be notified of the return status of a faulty item. This is due to the item being fully inspected and assessed by our returns team.
