My delivery is delayed

Standard Delivery Service: Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive with you, from the date of dispatch.

Next-day Delivery: If orders are placed before 6pm you should receive your delivery the following day. After 6pm it will be 2 working days.

Nominated Delivery: These deliveries should take place on your chosen day of delivery.

If your order arrives after the chosen delivery time scale, please get in touch by clicking here and we'll be happy to reimburse any delayed delivery costs.

If the tracking link states delivery has been attempted and you haven't received a calling card, please contact our customer services team, and provide a suitable working day for delivery to be re-attempted.

We will need 1 working day's notice and will do everything we can to arrange this for you with our courier.

Please note that certain weather conditions, such as snow, can cause disruption to delivery timescales.

Please also note that DPD send an automated email advising customers that their parcel is due the following day. This email is triggered incorrectly and should be disregarded. The parcel will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days as normal. We are working with DPD to fix this.
