For all our returns methods except store returns:
It can take up to 5 working days for your returned item(s) to reach us and a further 5 working days for us to process it. Please note, depending on your payment method, it may take 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. You'll receive an email from us confirming we've processed your return. If you've paid by gift card or e-voucher we'll email you with a replacement e-voucher.

In-store: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt to standalone and outlet stores only.
Your refund will be processed immediately.
